1st Annual New England Run for Resilience Ostomy 5K

October 4, 2025 @ 8:00 am - 12:00 pm

Ready, set, go! It’s time to get your walking or running shoes on and plan to participate in UOAA’s 1st Annual Run for Resilience Ostomy 5K to be held in New England!  Join us Saturday, October 4th, 2025 at Wallis Sands State Park located in Rye Beach, New Hampshire for a family friendly fun event. The NH Department of Natural and Cultural Resources, Division of Parks and Recreation is the host site for this new event.

Wallis Sands State Park is on the coast of New Hampshire very close to I-95 between Massachusetts and Maine. Walk, run or roll and enjoy the refreshing ocean breeze as you make your way along the picturesque seaside course. Cheer from the sidelines and enjoy the beautiful scenery of New England in the Fall! There will be a fun children’s activity including painting pumpkins, and a food truck to enjoy breakfast and/or lunch while you attend the event.

The Run for Resilience Ostomy 5k is held annually to raise awareness of this life-saving surgery, empower those living with an ostomy or continent diversion, and raise funds to support UOAA’s programs and services. We encourage you to invite family, friends, co-workers, caregivers and others to join you at this special event to walk, run or just enjoy the family-friendly festivities.

All proceeds benefit the United Ostomy Associations of America, Inc. (UOAA), a 501(c)(3) organization. Donations are tax deductible.
