All Ostomates Are Welcome!
We are a group of people who have something in common: an ostomy.
Our meetings are informal and held both in person or virtually (‘hybrid’). We provide a safe environment to discuss any and all issues related to living with an ostomy. We learn from one another and recognize that there is always more to learn.
You are not alone on this journey — we are here to support one another and help improve quality of life. You may share as much or as little as you are comfortable with.
Most sessions are attended by two ostomy nurses.
You are also encouraged to join our FACEBOOK GROUP!
