As a National Member of UOAA, you are helping us to achieve our goals to support, educate, empower and advocate for people who have or will have ostomy or continent diversion surgery. By joining UOAA, you will also help increase the influence and voice the ostomy community has on a national level. Thank you.

INDIVIDUAL NATIONAL MEMBERSHIP

UOAA offers a National Membership for Individuals for an annual fee of $35.00. As an Individual Member you will receive UOAA’s:

  • National Membership Pin and a Stoma Rose Pin
  • Monthly e-Newsletter
  • New Ostomy Patient Guide

    In addition:

  • You’ll be notified when new or updated educational materials are available
  • You can be nominated to be elected to serve on UOAA’s Board of Directors
  • You may be eligible to apply for UOAA’s scholarship programs

It’s easy to renew your Membership as well! A formal renewal notice will be sent prior to your membership expiration date.

  • You will be listed on UOAA’s National Medical Professional Membership webpage
